On Wednesday 10th of May 2017, at the first conference between the Polytechnic University of Erbil and the French University in Lebanon. Dr. Yusuf Goran, the minister of higher education and scientific research: the region in the previous years did not achieve success in the management of the state economy. Therefore, in the prior period the Kurdistan region has not been able to develop a successful basic model in the administration of the state said at the conference.
